Amazing 360 Productions is looking for a talented, creative, and highly organized Creative Producer to join our team in Miami, Florida.

The ideal candidate will conceptualize, script, and execute audiovisual content and digital strategies for the company's brand and client portfolio in the United States. This role combines strategic marketing vision and audiovisual production with direct client engagement, actively participating in on-location shoots and visual supervision in Miami, as well as commercial presentations conducted entirely in English.

Profile of a Creative Producer:

The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic, and highly organized professional who understands both audiovisual production and digital marketing. This person should be able to take a marketing objective, transform it into a compelling creative concept, develop the script and storytelling, participate in the production, and ensure the final content meets the client's expectations.

Position duties:

1. Creative Production & Audiovisual Scripting:

Translate marketing guidelines into compelling visual concepts, clear scripts, and storytelling structures tailored to high-impact formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and corporate content).

2. On-Location Production & Visual Quality Control:

Collaborate on and support in-person audiovisual productions in Miami.

3. Production Quality Control:

Evaluate lighting, framing, audio, and resolution with technical judgment, ensuring all material aligns with each brand's corporate identity and visual guidelines.

4. Sales Presentations & Pitching:

Lead creative presentation meetings and concept proposals fully in English with U.S. clients, demonstrating confidence, aesthetic judgment, and persuasive ability.

5. Account Mediation & Management:

Serve as the bridge between the client and A360's production/post-production team, channeling questions, resolving friction with empathy, and ensuring requests are executed accurately.

6. Digital Strategy & Content Oversight:

Ensure created content aligns with the overall digital strategy, overseeing social media performance, persuasive copywriting, and the use of content scheduling platforms.

Requirements:

Academic Background: Degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Language (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in English (bilingual / native-level).

Ability to negotiate, lead pitches, and defend creative concepts with U.S. clients.

Proven Experience: 3–5 years in audiovisual production, creative direction, or account management roles within advertising agencies or production companies. Hands-on experience on set and during shoots is essential.

Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Strong command of advertising copywriting and storytelling techniques for digital platforms.

Advanced use of AI tools applied to creativity (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Intermediate proficiency in Canva and quick-editing tools (CapCut or Adobe suite).

Strategic autonomy to execute projects without constant supervision.

Professional presence, charisma, and strong interpersonal skills for direct interaction with corporate clients.

High organizational ability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced production environments.
